Clearspring Matcha is a finely ground powder made from the finest organic Japanese green tea leaves shade grown in the hills of Uji, Kyoto. Matcha is traditionally used as part of the Japanese tea ceremony and by Buddhist monks prior to long hours of meditation. It also has many culinary uses due to its vivid green colour and concentrated flavour.

Try using in matcha tea, matcha lattes, or matcha desserts.
