Our wholefood shop and deli are looking for a full time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As well as producing food for two deli counters, we are soon to open a cafe serving a wide range of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and ethically sourced meat and fish dishes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated chef with strong organisational skills and some fresh ideas to bring to the table. You must also have experience in managing a team of chefs and be familiar with good health and hygiene rules and practices. Shifts will be initially day-shifts and when our cafe opens it will include a mix of evening shifts. The job is for 4 shifts over 7 days approximately 35-40 hours with the option of an extra day once the cafe opens. All applicant must send a C.V to be considered.
