Green olives are delicately stuffed with a ribbon of pimento giving a classic flavour combination. These Manzanilla olives are hand harvested from Seville in the Andalucia region of southern Spain. Manzanilla is derived from the Spanish for “little apple” and comes from the distinctive shape of this particular olive.
