A tasty, nutritious loaf made using a traditional overnight sourdough process with maize flour, rice and linseed, particularly suitable for a low or gluten free diet. Delicious lightly toasted and spread with butter or topping of choice.

Suitable for a wheat-free diet. No added yeast, fat, egg or dairy products.
