A tangy, vivid red condiment which comes from the salt pickling of umeboshi plums. This versatile, zesty seasoning adds a refreshing flavour to salad dressings, cooked vegetables, tofu dips and spreads.
When using in place of vinegar, reduce or eliminate the salt in your recipe.
