It is important that the flowers you choose for your attendants both compliment their outfits and you own bouquet. There are several ways of acheiving this .................
- Choose a smaller version of your own bouquet.
- Invert your colour scheme.
- eg. if you bouquet is mainly ivory with a touch of pink. Your attendents could have a mainly pink bouquet with a touch of ivory.
- Same colours and flowers but in a simpler style.
- eg. if you choose a cascading shower bouquet for yourself, your attendants could carry a tied posy of the same flowers
- Same flowers, different colours.
- eg. you are carrying a tied posy of ivory roses, you bridesmaid could carry a smaller tied posy of coloured roses to match their own dress colour.
- Same colour, Different flowers.
- eg. You are having a bouquet of all black calla lilies. Your bridesmaids could carry a beautiful posy of black tulips.
- A combination of any of the above.
- eg. You are carrying a cascading shower bouquet of white calla lilies, white roses and a touch of pink cymbidium. Your attendants could carry tied posies of white calla lilies, pink roses and pink cymbidium.
For younger attendants you may want to have something a little different. Why not have one of the following:-
- Wand
- Flower Pommander. (solid ball of flowers)
- Wire Pommander. (wire ball with petals inside)
- Petite Basket of flowers/petals
- Fabric bag of flowers/ petals
- Wrist corsage
